Housing Program - Chile

This project aims to provide access to housing for workers, contract workers of service providing businesses and families located in the company’s area of influence. The program’s objective is achieved by implementing technical support plans during the application process for public subsidies, providing financial support for the hire of third party experts in project development, and the search and technical assessment of sites for residential purposes, in addition to collaboration and partnerships with private and public organizations.

All of this translates into housing solutions and neighborhoods that are built with high technical and social standards, whose value increases in time, and a shared value program that can be replicated and scaled, with the capacity to benefit a large number of people.

Today we have:

• 1,355 houses built.
• 184 houses under construction.
• This program aims to deliver 500 houses a year.
• 5 projects in different stages of design add about 1,350 houses.
