MEDIUM DENSITY OVERLAY (MDO)

AraucoPly Form MDO is produced with the latest technology available, using a specially selected radiata pine substrate, which results in excellent strength, rigidity and stability. The panels perform well under the most demanding applications and provide a superior matte concrete finish with minimal patch transference.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
AraucoPly Form is laid up with a high quality MDO paper (370 gr/m2 and 35% resin) to ensure optimal alkalinity and moisture resistance.  All AraucoPly Form MDO is produced with a phenol formaldehyde resin which offers full exterior performance with minimal formaldehyde emissions. 
The panels are balanced with a PSF (phenolic surface film) backer sheet for enhanced stability. The product is also treated with a mill applied noxcrete release agent to maximize the number of useable pours and provide excellent release results. All products are acrylic edge sealed to further enhance stability and performance.
